Reporting into the Head of Media and Performance, the Media Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring strong performance, accurate reporting, and high ROI. Working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, this role helps drive seamless campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the wider media team in the day-to-day management of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to ensure that campaign is performing at its optimum level in terms of budget pacing and delivery
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless setup and executions across multiple ad platforms for multiple organic and paid media campaigns, and take ownership of the execution process for assigned campaigns
- Analyse media campaigns and activities and monitor success of the campaign on a regular basis using various tools and platforms
- Analyse data to optimise campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work with data team to validate data to ensure that quality and integrity of the report is maintained at high standard
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and campaign proposals
- Contribute to agency media strategies and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive campaign execution
- Support senior media team members in managing communications with internal stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on media briefs, timelines, campaign objectives and outcomes
- Support senior team members to coordinate with external media vendors and partners to negotiate rates and secure ad placements
- Assist the wider media team with other media campaign related tasks, including research, planning and third-party vendor liaison as required
- Regular communication the wider media team to with updates them on campaign performance and irregularities
- Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and contribute to research decks and proposals as required
- Ensure that all campaigns are optimised towards campaign goals, driving high ROI for each campaign
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for creating reports and proposals, or a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and/or budgeting, or a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple campaigns across various projects with excellent time management skills.
- Experience with data management for analytics and reporting.
- Experience in managing and optimizing social and digital media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Little Redbook, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and DV360
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Capable of adapting to varying program requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, adept at building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both in person, via email, and mobile
- Innovative thinker and collaborative team player
- A passion for media and advertising
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Interest in geo-politics
