We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the hotel and hospitality industry to lead technology projects that enhance guest experiences, operational efficiency, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing hotel technology implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead implementation and upgrade projects involving hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CRS, Channel Manager, Revenue Management Systems, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate system integrations between hospitality platforms and enterprise applications.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service-level agreements.
• Support change management, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive digital innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects within the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel technology ecosystems, including:
• Property Management Systems (Opera, Protel, or similar)
• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Booking engines and reservation systems
• Revenue Management Systems
• CRM and Guest Experience platforms
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
