Role Description

The Claims Executive (Pre-authorisation/ Claims) is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role involves handling end-to-end claims processes, including pre-authorization evaluations, claims submissions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The position requires maintaining excellent communication with clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders, as well as addressing queries, verifying claims-related details, and resolving issues promptly. Accuracy, efficiency, and customer-focused communication are essential in this role.

• Proficient in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for claims evaluation and decision-making
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication capabilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with healthcare administration and TPA systems is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
