Job Summary

  • Lead and manage end-to-end tendering activities for complex data center and infrastructure projects.
  • Act as the central owner coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely bid submissions.
  • Manage a team of Tendering Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical) and Bid Administration staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own full bidding lifecycle from RFP receipt to final submission and clarification.
  • Plan and manage bid timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Lead bid kickoff meetings and assign roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate Sales, Solution, Engineering, Procurement, and Business Units.
  • Ensure alignment between technical design, BOQ, and pricing.
  • Organize internal reviews and enforce approval governance.
  • Ensure ‘No Approval – No Submission’ policy is followed.
  • Coordinate submission, presentation, and post-tender clarifications.
  • Act as main interface with Sales, and internal member.
  • Manage risks, compliance, and documentation quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement, reporting, and lessons learned.


Team Leadership

  • Manage and guide Electrical & Mechanical TenderingEngineers.
  • Oversee Bid Administration activities.
  • Allocate workload and monitor team performance.
  • Provide coaching and ensure team capability development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 8–12 years experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal management.
  • Experience in data center, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project and bid management skills.
  • Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of bids.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
