You should have / be: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with AI generative design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including web and mobile interfaces, marketing materials, and branding projects, and video production/motion graphics.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS & UI/UX design. Knowledge of related frameworks like bootstrap will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
