Responsibilities
Allocation & Tracking: Oversee and manage campaign quota allocation and tracking to ensure strict alignment with assigned targets.
Optimization: Monitor quota utilization actively to identify gaps, risks, or optimization opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to monitor quota performance trends and prepare comprehensive fulfillment reports.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on campaign performance, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and completeness.
Dashboard Development: Design and develop standardized reporting dashboards and templates for internal use.
Insights & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analysis to provide actionable insights on overall campaign effectiveness.
End-to-End Resolution: Manage the end-to-end handling of campaign appeals, including thorough validation, investigation, and ultimate resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent, and policy-compliant appeal outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Track appeal trends, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to minimize future appeals.
Management Materials: Support the department in preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g., decks, summaries, dashboards) for internal and senior management meetings.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a reliable point of contact for campaign data inquiries across various internal teams.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, specifically within a Life Insurance company.
Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in campaign operations, sales governance, data analytics, or agency/distribution operations.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Organization: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable handling large datasets and translating them into business insights.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, independent, agile, and determined to drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
Core Tools: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a distinct plus.
