Job Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner for the assigned business unit, responsible for financial management including budgeting, business performance analysis, KPI monitoring, process optimization, and investment/project evaluation.
• Provide timely and professional financial advice to business stakeholders, driving continuous optimization of business models and maximizing business value.
• Conduct financial management throughout the entire business lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-project evaluation, while delivering accurate and actionable financial insights.
• Support the implementation of new business models and initiatives by partnering closely with cross-functional teams to establish effective financial management processes.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial regulations.
• 4+ years’ experience in Finance BP or business unit controlling/accounting; Big Four background preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and business modeling ability, able to translate new business models into financial frameworks.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred, with knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and ROI evaluation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
