Your new role

• Lead development of executive-ready presentations and narratives for initiatives, including structured problem statements and solution frameworks, ensuring clarity of scope and outcomes
• Translate complex topics (regulatory, operational, data) into clear, concise, decision-oriented messaging
• Lead process enhancements or remediation initiatives and track action plans through to closure
• Responsible for process tracking, analysis, reporting and insights for tasks and related projects.
• Ensure strong project governance, including structured updates, decision tracking, and escalation management
• Collaborate with stakeholders within Wealth Management in Australia and Asia on processes and project co-ordination.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience.
• 5-7+ years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to translate data into clear business insights and narratives
• Strong analytical capability
• Strong influencing skills across business
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ideally, with previous experience in AML / Compliance / Transformation within a top-tier bank
