We are looking for someone to provide administrative and operational support to agents across PWR and Marketplace, ensuring smooth processes, timely communication, and a seamless agent experience.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and support users in effectively adopting and utilizing the platform’s features and services.
- Source, evaluate, and identify relevant products, services, and opportunities that add value to the community and its clients.
- Manage subscription renewals and engage prospective users to drive platform growth and user adoption.
- Assist with presentations, user enquiries, and day-to-day community engagement activities.
- Conduct system testing, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide feedback to improve functionality and overall user experience.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the department needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable presenting and training users.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and improve digital systems.
- Customer-focused and able to work independently.
