Role Summary

As an IT Systems and Desktop Operations Engineer, you will support end-user computing and maintain Windows/Linux servers, networks, and virtualization environments. You will handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and infrastructure support to ensure stable and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop IT support for company employees, including system installation, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions
• Operate and maintain Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine inspections, patch updates, data backup, and emergency incident handling
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices; requires NP-level networking knowledge
• Manage IT assets and maintain operation logs and incident reports; implement standardized IT operations procedures
• Support R&D teams in building development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualization setup, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams and local vendors to ensure stable operation of IT systems

How you will stand out

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Solid hands-on experience in desktop support and server operations
• Knowledge of NP/CCNP-level networking, familiar with VLANs, routing & switching, and basic firewall operations
• Proficient in Windows and Linux systems; understanding of mainstream virtualization technologies
• Experience in cluster maintenance is an advantage
• Good communication skills, strong service mindset, and ability to independently handle various IT issues
