We are seeking a skilled Messaging Engineer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Middleware Technologies, and Real-Time Data Streaming to build and support enterprise messaging platforms.

Key Skills & Experience

️ Apache Kafka (Preferred)

️ Message-Oriented Middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, IBM MQ)

️ Real-Time Data Streaming & Event-Driven Architecture

️ Pub/Sub Messaging Patterns

️ Java, Scala, or Python Development

️ Kafka Connect, Consumer Groups & Offset Management

️ Performance Tuning & Monitoring

️ Distributed Systems & High-Availability Design

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain messaging infrastructure for real-time data exchange
• Deploy and manage Apache Kafka clusters and messaging platforms
• Define message topics, channels, schemas, and governance standards
• Ensure high throughput, low latency, reliability, and fault tolerance across messaging systems
• Develop and optimize Kafka producers and consumers using Java, Scala, or Python
• Monitor messaging platforms, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance
• Collaborate with application, integration, and platform teams to support enterprise data flows
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices

Nice to Have

MQTT, AMQP, RabbitMQ, Apache Pulsar, or IBM MQ

IoT, Manufacturing, MES, or Industrial Automation experience

Avro, Protocol Buffers, and Schema Registry

Prometheus, Grafana, and Kafka Monitoring Tools

Event-Driven Microservices Architecture
