Key Responsibilities

• Process corporate remittance transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth transaction processing and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to address customer-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.
• Monitor, update, and report sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Actively identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities to achieve sales targets set by Management.
• Achieve annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall business objectives.
• Perform any other duties, projects, or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management or the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Forex, treasury, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience working with SME Banking or Treasury department is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
