Key Responsibilities

• Devise and maintain efficient office systems, including data management and filing.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other business engagements.
• Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
• Assist the manager in achieving business growth and accomplishing departmental goals while ensuring exceptional client service.
• Support the manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective agents to maximize client satisfaction and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Assist the manager in managing and resolving agents' complaints, enquiries, and operational issues.
• Support the manager in conducting periodic performance reviews of agents.
• Assist in planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating marketing activities and events for the division, ensuring all necessary sales and marketing materials and logistical arrangements are in place.
• Conduct periodic site visits to agents' outlets to perform headcounts, mystery shopper assessments, and other operational evaluations.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure all amounts due to and from agents are accurate and properly reconciled.
• Assist the manager in setting sales targets for agents and monitoring their performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Prepare and submit reports to the manager on matters relating to agents and their performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in any field, with preference given to candidates in business, management, marketing, or international business.
• Experience in the financial or retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Willing to travel out of state as required.
