Responsibilities

• Responsible for Display Solution:
• Co-work with local mkt on Display design and production
• Source local producers and build up strategic partnerships. Guiding principle: cost-efficient and good quality
• Arrange and follow display production until it's delivered to Retailers
• Responsible for Store Efficiency Upgrade:
• Store Visit mechanism design (SOP, checklist, reporting requirement, etc.)
• Maintain a full-list of retailer stores
• Maintain store manager/session manager relationship
• Responsible for Merchandiser Management, building up a mechanism and execute:
• Source labor vendors for strategic partnership
• SOP&Product Training
• Daily monitor
