The Makeover Guys Hiring! Full Time Marketing Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

The Role: 

As a Marketing Executive at The Makeover Guys, you are responsible for turning marketing plans into live, performing campaigns. You will run ads, execute campaigns across channels, produce supporting social content when needed, and ensure every initiative is deployed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, performance, and coordination with internal teams and partners to drive qualified leads and results.

What You’ll Do: 

1. Plan, coordinate, and support marketing initiatives (online campaigns, activation, events, talks, roadshows, etc.)

2. Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive qualified leads and conversions

3. Set up, run, and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms as required

4. Manage end-to-end campaign operations including brief, setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization

5. Develop and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials

6. Conduct market research and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and campaign improvements

7. Track, report, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs and analytics

8. Additional ad-hoc tasks

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid role. You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager, Content Creator, Art Director, and Sales Team to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and effectively.

Who You Are:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, client servicing, or campaign coordination

2. Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

3. Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance tracking

4. Strong execution skills with high attention to detail and timelines

5. Willing to work weekends during events or roadshows when required
