Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing

Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, and supply chain operations across outlets

Monitor purchasing costs, supplier performance, and inventory levels to drive efficiency and cost optimization

Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies to support business operations

Develop and implement procurement policies, SOPs, and supply chain best practices

Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and suppliers to support business growth and expansion initiatives

Act as the key Procurement & Supply Chain liaison between Malaysia operations and Indonesia HQ

Requirements

️ 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Inventory Management

️ Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or QSR industries is highly preferred

️ Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics coordination

️ Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

️ Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

️ Comfortable working in a growth-oriented organization and supporting business expansion
