Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Kajang. This role involves developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for fire, security, and automation projects, including architectural and MEP components. The BIM Modeler will interpret construction drawings, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure models are updated to reflect design changes and site conditions. Daily tasks include preparing detailed 3D models, producing relevant documentation and drawings, assisting in clash detection and design coordination, and supporting the project team with timely information. The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project standards, timelines, and quality requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a modeler on construction or engineering projects.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate digital models.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including modeling and coordination within BIM environments.
• Candidates should possess the ability to read, interpret, and produce Construction Drawings that align with project and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or similar) and basic CAD tools.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
