Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in connecting top talent with leading companies:

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full recruitment process: job posting → sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding
• Prepare job descriptions and advertise roles across multiple platforms
• Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews

Talent Sourcing & Relationship Building

• Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Act as a career advisor, guiding candidates in their job search

Client Management & Business Development

• Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored hiring solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and partnerships

Coordination & Offer Management

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Manage interview feedback and follow-ups professionally
• Negotiate salary packages and handle offer processes
• Ensure smooth onboarding for successful candidates
