At KR Venture Group Sdn Bhd (Mr Absorber), we're looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about building marketing strategies that drive real business growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys analysing market trends, understanding customer behaviour, planning impactful campaigns and turning insights into measurable business results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen our competitive position.
• Manage customer database (CRM) and develop customer retention initiatives.
• Plan, manage and optimise Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and marketing ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop lead generation strategies to support business growth.
• Explore marketing automation, customer engagement initiatives and strategic partnerships.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Thinks strategically and enjoys solving business challenges through marketing.
• Is confident working with marketing data, customer insights and campaign performance.
• Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Is proactive, analytical and committed to delivering measurable results.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: RM3,200 – RM3,500 (based on experience)
