Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage digital platforms (website, social media, e-shop), including content updates, customer interactions, and performance analysis.
• Drive targeted email marketing campaigns and support customer database management.
• Produce marketing collaterals, press releases, and communication materials for product launches and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships and partnerships.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events (launches, roadshows, private functions) with external agencies and vendors.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives to ensure consistent brand presentation across retail stores

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Communications role.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and writing skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for bilingual marketing content creation
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a dynamic and proactive attitude.
• Experience in visual merchandizing, e-commerce or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
