The Role

A broad, high-accountability position spanning the full warehouse and logistics function:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence
• Oversee logistics and distribution management, including 3PL partnerships and transport planning
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage MHE assets, ensuring safe operation, maintenance, and compliance standards are upheld
• Control operational costs and contribute to budgetary planning and financial performance
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Coordinate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, and commercial stakeholders

What We're Looking For

An operationally strong leader with FMCG or manufacturing experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• 7-12 years of warehouse and logistics experience within FMCG or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS platforms, 3PL management, and inventory control
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
