We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Underwriting Transformation initiative within the Life Insurance industry. This is an exciting opportunity to drive AI-enabled transformation, collaborate with regional stakeholders, and deliver strategic business outcomes across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and transition to business-as-usual (BAU).
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, project dependencies, governance, risks, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with regional business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful transformation execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, preferably Life Insurance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, digitalisation, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing regional projects across Southeast Asia, with exposure to the Malaysia market preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to underwriting operations, AI-driven transformation, or insurance automation solutions is an added advantage.
