Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules from planning through execution and completion.
• Establish baseline schedules and monitor project progress against approved timelines, highlighting potential delays and recommending mitigation plans.
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments to support informed project decisions.
• Coordinate and consolidate schedules from contractors and various project disciplines into a master project schedule.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations to improve schedule quality and accuracy.
• Support engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities through effective planning and resource coordination.
• Monitor critical path activities and identify scheduling risks that may impact project milestones.
• Prepare progress measurements, planned progress curves, and schedule performance reports.
• Produce regular project dashboards, weekly updates, and monthly management reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 with hands-on experience developing and managing project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
