Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Trinidad Hospitality. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management within the company's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Malaysians who are able to speak Mandarin
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills
• Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Usage of AI, and is familiar with Budgeting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to research on hotels, pricing and competition set with a detailed SWOT Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3 Years of previous work experience in the hospitality industry is a must
