We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Executive to support our Mass Hiring Project. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers)
• Contact candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate onboarding
• Support daily hiring targets and recruitment activities
• Participate in employer branding activities, including TikTok Live sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Strong communication skills and confident in speaking
• Comfortable handling high-volume recruitment
• Willing to appear on TikTok Live for hiring activities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
