Job Description

Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service and freight forwarding who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent support to customers and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate shipment consolidation (Air & Ocean Freight) with overseas agents.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely shipment delivery.
  • Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Ensure timely updates on shipment status and service-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
