Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Support sales targets, promotional activities, and store performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
