Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Interpret technical sketches, architectural drawings, and engineering designs.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, or clients.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors for drawing clarification.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control records.
• Assist in quantity take-off and material estimation if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction drafting (fresh graduates may be considered for junior role).
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit / Tekla / BIM is an advantage).
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Experience in structural / M&E / architectural drawings (depending on company scope).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
