Responsibilities
MR Technology Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce an exciting short-term contract opportunity for the position of Accounts Assistant. We invite interested candidates to apply and join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts for clients.
- Communicate with clients via email for collections and follow-ups.
- Chase for other receivables such as staff advances and landlord deposit refunds.
- Upload Service Notes (SN) and Payment Requests to SUS Portal & SMART GEP.
- Prepare and update the weekly Master Listing and monthly Management Report for senior finance executives.
2. Accounts Payable (AP) Management:
- Prepare payment vouchers or cheques for payments.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) as required.
- Verify supplier invoices and process payments.
- Update the petty cash vouchers.
- Prepare and update weekly Cash Flow and Expenses Report for senior finance executives.
- Prepare and update cash flow projections to monitor the company’s cash outflow.
3. General Accounting Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- File all account documents and ensure the Autocount system is updated daily.
- Check, verify, and prepare staff claims for processing.
- Prepare and generate Profit and Loss (PNL) reports and Balance Sheets for the Account & Finance Manager.
- Assist in company audits and provide necessary documentation.
4. Procurement & Financing:
- Participate in ISO-related procurement activities.
- Prepare documents for financing facilities when required.
Qualification:
1. Experience with accounting for at least 1 to 3 years
2. Possess own transport
3. Stay nearby Cyberjaya or willing to travel
Skills:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
3. Team player and proactive.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
