Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, approvals, and status updates.
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and completed on time.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting recaps, project trackers, reports, timelines, briefs, and other supporting materials.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress and flag potential delays, risks, or issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• ⁠ ⁠Support campaign-related tasks such as system setup coordination, testing, data checking, reporting, fulfilment tracking, and post-campaign updates where required.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure project details, requirements, and client feedback are properly recorded and followed through.
• ⁠ ⁠Assist in improving internal workflows, templates, and project processes to support smoother project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, account servicing, campaign management, CRM, loyalty, marketing, digital, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines at the same time.
• Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• ⁠Demonstrates self-leadership by taking ownership of work, managing priorities independently, and proactively following up on pending items.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to identify issues early, suggest practical solutions, and escalate matters when needed.
• Comfortable working with project timelines, reports, trackers, documentation, and campaign requirements.
• ⁠Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and manage changes professionally.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in digital campaigns, loyalty programmes, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing technology will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
