Kensington Green Specialist Centre Hiring! Full Time HR Officer-Executive in Johor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Officer/Executive to oversee Payroll and Employee Engagement functions. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous with payroll administration while also enjoying creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
• Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits when required.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and compliance with relevant employment and labor regulations.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with Finance and external payroll service providers, where applicable

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and company events.
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage employee recognition and appreciation programs.
• Develop and coordinate internal communications to promote HR initiatives and company culture.
• Support activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

General HR Support

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
