Key Responsibility:

• Drive operational excellence across SMT, process, testing and production processes.
• Drive zero-defect manufacturing initiatives.
• Improve machine utilization and production efficiency.
• Establish KPI dashboards for operational performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Project, Procurement, Planning, and Warehouse teams to maintain material availability, maximize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and support business profitability and margin improvement.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and labor efficiency while maintaining quality and delivery performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives to improve competitiveness and manufacturing capabilities.
• Establish long-term capacity planning and manufacturing expansion strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO medical, IATF, IPC standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans.
• Foster employee engagement and accountability.
• Participate and lead operation / function reviews in customer visits and business reviews.
• Support customer audits and quality assessments.
• Ensure manufacturing capacity supports customer demand and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety reputation.

Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM38,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing Operations: 10 years (Preferred)
• People management: 8 years (Preferred)
