Dome Cafe Hiring! Full Time SENIOR MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,200 - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across all Dome Cafe outlets and Central Kitchen.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, refrigeration and kitchen equipment issues.
• Support new outlet openings, renovations and refurbishment projects.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and recommend maintenance improvements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Maintenance Executive.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in electrical, mechanical, building maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance, facilities management or maintenance operations, preferably in the F&B, hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, kitchen equipment maintenance and general building maintenance.
• Experience coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers.
• Able to plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• Good problem solving, communication and organisational skilss.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license and own transport.
• Willing to travel regularly to outlets and work after office hours, weekends or public holidays when operationally required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
