About Us
Propell Labs is a growing startup helping small businesses with AI automations, chatbots, website design, SEO, and digital solutions. We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help us build and improve chatbots and automated workflows for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and other automation tools
  • Design and develop chatbots for clients (customer support, lead generation, appointment booking, etc.)
  • Integrate different apps, APIs, and platforms to create seamless automations for client businesses
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for reliability and speed
  • Work with our team to scope out client needs and turn them into working automation solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience building automations and/or chatbots
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n
  • Experience with other automation platforms is a big plus Make (Integromat), Zapier, Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow, or similar
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and connecting different tools/software together
  • Basic understanding of AI/LLM tools (like OpenAI, Claude, etc.) used inside chatbots and automations
  • Problem-solving mindset able to debug workflows when something breaks

Skills Needed

  • Workflow automation (n8n required; Make/Zapier/similar preferred)
  • Chatbot building (Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow, or custom-built)
  • API integration & webhooks
  • Basic knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
  • Logical thinking / troubleshooting skills
  • Bonus: basic coding knowledge (JavaScript/Python) for custom automation steps

Compensation

  • Base pay plus commission (a percentage for every client automation/chatbot project you help close or maintain)
