On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Management Trainee – Procurement to join a leading restaurant & F&B company. This program is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about supply chain, sourcing, and procurement, and aspire to build a long-term career in the F&B industry.

As part of the program, you will undergo a structured development journey, including 3 months of operational restaurant training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business before progressing into the Procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee program.
• Complete a 3-month operational restaurant rotation to understand daily operations and business processes.
• Support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and procurement planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Eager to learn and grow in the procurement and supply chain field.
• Willing to undergo 3 months of operational restaurant training.
• Willing to be placed based on business needs.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
