Are you careful, responsible, and interested to grow in the pharmacy and healthcare industry?

TP Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our operations team. You will support prescription fulfilment, medication packing, delivery coordination, refill follow-up, and client enquiries.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, willing to learn, and enjoys working in a structured pharmacy environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing, picking, packing, and arranging medication orders.
• Check prescription details, patient information, medication quantity, dosage instructions, and refill requirements.
• Follow up on refill cases, incomplete prescriptions, rejected prescriptions, and resubmission cases.
• Print consignment notes and coordinate courier or delivery pick-up.
• Track delivery status and follow up on delayed, failed, returned, or undelivered parcels.
• Ensure claim submission is completed after successful delivery.
• Liaise with clients professionally regarding prescription, refill, delivery, resubmission, and claim enquiries.
• Escalate medication-related questions to the pharmacist when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information is handled confidentially.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Pharmacy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and online systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow up closely.
