1. Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead design coordination for steel, RC, and infrastructure works
• Translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions
• Resolve design conflicts and site constraint

2. Drafting & Detailing Oversight
Review and produce:

• Steel shop drawings & connection details

RC detailing & BBS

• Infrastructure drawingsEnsure all drawings are accurate and site-ready

3. Coordination & Execution

• Work with engineers, site team, fabrication yard & procurement
• Ensure smooth flow from design → fabrication
• Solve site and technical issues independently installation

4. Team Leadership

• Guide and manage junior draftspersons
• Review and approve drawings before submission

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with MS/BS/Eurocode
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control

6. Project Ownership

• Take full responsibility for accuracy, coordination, and delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering 7-10 years' experience in steel & RC
• Experience in infrastructure works Technical Skills (Mandatory) AutoCAD (Advanced) Autodesk Advance Steel (Must)
• Able to read structural drawings & calculationsCore Competencies Strong problem-solving & technical judgement
• Understands fabrication and site execution
• Leadership mindset with accountability
• Able to perform under pressure

Location: Kota Bayuemas, Klang

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
