We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (Automation Testing) Engineer to join a leading enterprise technology organization. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, executing various testing activities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Analyze test results and provide clear reports on software quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, testing strategies, and automation practices.
• Ensure software releases meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
