We are now looking for experienced and passionate Senior Account Executive to join our expanding team and grow together with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor daily sales collections from multiple outlets and ensure proper reconciliation with POS systems.
• Handle intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance and submission with statutory requirements including SST, audit, and tax filings.
• Monitor and control operational costs and inventory variances across outlets.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper financial procedures are followed in all outlets.
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, including reviewing their work and providing training.
• Assist in system improvements and implementation of accounting or POS integrations.
• Generate monthly management reports, analysing variances between actual performance, budget, and previous year’s results.
• Perform cash flow forecasting and ensure continuous monitoring and control of company liquidity.
• Review internal accounting and operational procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
