Grand Markets is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with inquiries via online chat & email.
• Maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ready at all times to support sales staff with their questions and needs.
• Handle customer complaints and work with technical and operations teams to resolve them.
• Guide customers to follow company policies and platform rules.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by providing consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in online customer service, live chat support, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Experience in the CFD, Forex, FinTech, or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer inquiries.
