This entry-level Heavy Construction Machinery Equipment Sales Executive role is perfect for fresh grads. You will bridge the gap between clients and the company's machinery fleet. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, handling sales cycles, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms, with full on-the-job training provided.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with contractors, developers, and industrial plants.
• Client Consultation: Assess client site requirements, recommend suitable heavy machinery (e.g., cranes, excavators), and prepare technical proposals.
• Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire process from cold calling and initial site visits to negotiation and contract closure.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and transport teams to optimize equipment deployment.
• Account Management: Build long-term client relationships, monitor account receivables, and ensure repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required. Fresh graduates or individuals with indoor sales backgrounds are warmly welcomed; industry-specific training is provided.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Transportation: A valid Class 3 driving license is a strong advantage for conducting field visits and client meetings.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
