1. Customs Documentation & Reporting • Prepare and submit monthly Customs M1 & M2 reports accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies. • Maintain proper records for customs audits and reference. 2. Monthly & Departmental Reporting • Prepare monthly logistics reports, including shipment, inventory, and customs data. • Compile and submit reports required by other departments. • Assist management by providing logistics-related data and analysis when required. 3. Vendor Payment & Cost Settlement • Verify vendor invoices against delivery orders and service agreements. • Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner. • Follow up on payment discrepancies and maintain proper payment records. 4. Data Entry & Documentation • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, delivery orders, and payment documents. • Ensure proper filing of logistics and financial documents. 5. Customer & Internal Support • Respond to inquiries related to deliveries, shipments, and logistics status. • Coordinate closely with internal departments to support smooth operations. 6. Compliance & Safety • Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Support audits and inspections when required. 7. Other Duties • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the direct superior."
