Looking to step into a high-impact, front-office interfacing role within a premier global market?

Morgan McKinley is currently hiring for a Sales Coverage Support – FIC Business Operations (APAC) for a 12-months contract role.

This role will serve as the critical bridge between the trading floor and our infrastructure partners. You won't just handle processes—you will directly enable business growth by optimizing our client perimeter, resolving complex operational bottlenecks, and ensuring absolute regulatory compliance across the APAC region.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with FIC Sales and Trading teams to navigate new client onboarding, product expansions, account reactivations, and mandatory regular compliance cycles.
• Act as the primary conduit between the front office and control functions (KYC Ops, Compliance, and Anti-Financial Crime) to smooth out operational friction and expedite high-priority reviews.
• Regularly audit active accounts against business thresholds, identifying low-activity portfolios to maintain an efficient, lean corporate client registry.
• Determine the most effective deployment of support analyst resources, lead the resolution of intricate customer service enquiries, and escalate critical operational issues to management on a timely basis.
• Champion cross-border collaboration by feeding regional best practices into the broader global business management framework, while managing special regional projects as they arise.

Who You Are

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• You bring 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience within client onboarding, middle office, compliance, or a risk-based KYC environment at a tier-one global financial institution.
• Possess a strong understanding of client onboarding framework requirements, with a distinct advantage given to candidates well-versed in Hong Kong (HK) and Singapore (SG) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) regulations.
• Highly analytical with the ability to digest data, handle urgent ad-hoc business requests calmly, and operate smoothly in a fast-paced market ecosystem.
• An exceptional collaborator capable of working with diverse business units—from trading and origination to back-office operations—to streamline information flow.
• Highly proficient in utilizing core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to drive daily data management.
