We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Singapore Headquarter office. As the HR Project Manager , you will support the Senior Manager in the execution of the Global Payroll Project, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with the company’s policy, payroll framework, applicable government laws and global standards. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic, global company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive, consult and support the execution of the Global Payroll Project, ensuring delivery in line with approved scope, timelines, and governance.
  • Act as the primary HR coordination point across Agency HR, Finance, HRSS & HRIS, payroll vendors, and regional stakeholders (where applicable).
  • Manage payroll project activities including vendor transition, testing, UAT support, cutover, and go‑live readiness.
  • Ensure all HR and payroll activities comply with company policies, statutory requirements, and global standards.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve payroll or HR operational issues in a timely, structured, and decisive manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and project documentation with strong audit and data‑integrity discipline.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gaps analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports, and management updates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and handle escalation where required.
  • Coordinate HR‑related project activities including training, change support, and user readiness for change management preparation.
  • Proactively monitor risks, dependencies, and compliance gaps to ensure smooth project execution, operational continuity, within project budget and within signed-off scope.
  • Support in any other ad-hoc assigned tasks or workstreams by the Senior Manager.


Must Haves

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR project experience in regional or multi country environments
  • Working knowledge of HR, payroll operations, labour legislation, statutory compliance, and HR governance
  • Hands on familiarity with SAP Employee Central or other HRMS platforms
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capability
  • Clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to remain calm and delivery focused under pressure, especially during testing, cutover, and go live
  • Strong work ethics, accountability, and compliance discipline
  • Independent, self motivated self starter with ownership mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint and advanced Excel (e.g. V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot, etc)

We Value

  • Experience supporting global or multi country payroll or HR transformation projects.
  • Strong service orientation with a practical, solution driven mindset.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and pragmatically while operating within defined project scope and controls.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner, ClickUp, or equivalent project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for presentation or visual support.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or fast paced environments.
