Partnering with a client from the technical consulting services industry in search for a QC Technician to join their Environmental Team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, environmental monitoring and working on a variety of industrial and infrastructure projects. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of environmental assessment activities while working alongside experienced technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field-based environmental monitoring and sampling activities across various project sites.
• Assist with the collection of environmental data, samples and measurements following established procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in the planning and execution of environmental assessment projects.
• Prepare field records and assist in compiling technical reports and project documentation.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance and calibration of monitoring equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, quality and operational compliance during field activities.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and practical field skills through on-the-job training.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in environmental monitoring, field sampling, laboratory operations or technical field services is advantageous but not essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and travelling to various project locations.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
