Skills and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, project coordination, process documentation, or business support; with AI or automation project exposure are also welcome to apply.
• Strong coordination, organization, follow-up, documentation, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and project trackers.
• Good attention to detail, basic analytical ability, and ability to consolidate information clearly.
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR shared services, employee services, global business services, PMO support, or transformation support.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint lists, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SOPs, process maps, dashboards, UAT support, workshops, or change readiness activities.
