Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the full range of Topaire air-conditioning products to corporate clients, dealers, contractors, and retailers.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing dealers while actively identifying and developing new dealer accounts.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage within your assigned territory.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand business needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent client service.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, payment collections, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or other equivalent engineering qualifications with proven sales track record.
• Candidates with sales experience in HVAC, electrical, building materials, or related industries will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
