In this role, you will play a key part in providing a positive and seamless experience for our patients, from registration to discharge.
Job Responsibilities:
Register and maintain patient records accurately
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Handle consultation payments and related administrative tasks
Support the conduct of video consultations by preparing patients, managing application logistics, verifying medication delivery details, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Attend to patient queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system
Assist doctor in chaperoning the patients during medical examinations
Job Requirements:
Min. N/O ‘Levels required
Some prior experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred!
