Working Location: Woodlands - 1 North Coast Avenue
Work Schedule: 5-days (Mondays - Thursdays: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm / Fridays: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for data-entry and updating records accurately in the FM system
Clean, validate and standardize asset, equipment and operational data
Review data for completeness, consistency and accuracy
Assist in organizing and maintaining digital records and documents
Support data migration activities from Excel files and other sources
Generate basic reports and summaries when required
Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Words, Excel & PPT)
Must commit at least 3 months of employment
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
