Key Responsibilities: Reply to customer live chats promptly and professionally on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Answer questions about products, stock, shipping, and active promotions. Handle after-sales issues like returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer complaints. Coordinate with the warehouse team to check on delayed or missing parcels. Monitor and reply to viewer comments during TikTok Live sessions. Requirements: At least a Diploma holder (Fresh graduates are welcome). Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fast typing speed and good communication skills. Familiar with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok seller backends (Preferred but training provided). Must be able to work afternoon shifts (3pm-11.30pm), weekends, and public holidays.
